Property records, built for Malaysia

Stop running your tenancy on WhatsApp scroll-back.

Notify turns rent slips, deposits and move-in photos into verified records both sides sign — with LHDN-ready tax invoices in one tap.

Free for tenants. From 2% of annual rent for owners, once a year.

Set up your first property at your own pace.

One shared timeline

Keep the human conversation. Give the important moments a proper home.

When something matters later, both sides should be able to find the same record — without reconstructing it from screenshots and voice notes.

  1. 01

    Invite both sides

Owner, tenant and property manager see the tenancy from the role that applies to them.

  2. 02

    Record the moment

Add receipts, condition photos, requests and decisions while they are still fresh.

  3. 03

    Share one history

Each side can return to the same dated record when a question comes up later.

Built for everyday renting

Clear enough for people. Structured enough for the work.

For owners

Know what was paid, promised and approved.

Keep property, tenancy and payment records together instead of across chats, folders and spreadsheets.

For tenants

Keep your own copy of the tenancy story.

Check move-in conditions, retain receipts and see the requests and decisions that affect your home.

For teams

Run a portfolio without losing the personal touch.

Give every property a consistent record while keeping owners and tenants informed in context.

For property managers

A calmer month-end starts with a shared source of truth.

Bring property status, rent evidence and owner visibility into one repeatable workflow — so your team can spend less time answering “any update?”

  • Property and tenancy records organised by portfolio
  • Payment evidence and verification history
  • Owner-facing visibility without spreadsheet chasing
  • A clear trail for requests and follow-ups

When details matter

From “I think we sent it” to a dated, readable record.

Notify creates an operational trail around the tenancy. If something needs review, you can follow the sequence instead of relying on memory.

Questions, answered

Before you move a tenancy out of chat.

You do not need to change how you speak to people. Notify gives the important outcomes a reliable place to live.

Does my tenant need to pay?

No. Notify is free for tenants. They join from the invitation sent by their owner or property manager, then receive records, check move-in conditions and keep their side of the tenancy history without a subscription.

Can I use Notify if I already manage everything in WhatsApp?

Yes. Keep WhatsApp for conversation, and use Notify for the records that should not disappear in a chat: receipts, move-in evidence, requests and signed decisions.

Is this only for large property managers?

No. Notify is designed for individual owners as well as property-management teams. The same shared record becomes more useful as a portfolio grows.

Will Notify replace legal or tax advice?

No. Notify helps organise evidence and generate operational records. You should still use a qualified adviser for legal, tax or dispute-specific guidance.
